Off-site: We Score Millions of Test Forms for the Nation's
Largest School Districts
The expertise of our data collection staff and the high speed of our production-level scanners have made Apperson a popular service bureau for district-level assessments. In the last 3 years, we have scanned more than 5 million test forms for some of the nation’s largest school districts.
We operate full-service managed-scanning centers on either coast, one in Los Angeles, the other in Charlotte, North Carolina. Together, these two centers are able to process over 400,000 test forms per day, often turning data around in as little as 24 hours.
Most assessments require the use of Optical Read Mark (OMR) scanners, which read pencil marks on paper. We also use image scanners to process constructed responses.
