They stop and visit us at tradeshows with their principals in

additional scanners throughout their schools.
While we know the main reason teachers love Apperson Education Products is because they
perform so well and give teachers more time to teach, we think our customer service might also
influence their adoration:
- When teachers call, we pick up the phone (or, at the very least, call back quickly).
- When teachers email us, we email them back in a timely manner.
- When a teacher has a problem, we are quick to find a solution (with a real live US support team).
- When teachers make suggestions, we listen, and we use their suggestions to inform our business decisions.
