There is no charge or obligation for a GradeMaster™ 30-Day Trial. Your trial will begin when
you receive the equipment. At the end of the 30 days an Apperson Education Products Representative
will contact you. If you choose to keep the GradeMaster™ 600, you will need to provide a
method of payment.
The 30-Day Trial offer is only valid in the continental US.
If You Decide to Purchase the GradeMaster™ 600:
The selling price for the GradeMaster™ 600 is $595.00 plus any applicable sales tax. The
price includes the GradeMaster™ 600, 1 ink cartridge, a copy of our DataLink™
software, a 9 pin serial & USB cable and ground shipping to you. The scanner comes with a
one-year warranty which includes all parts & labor. The warranty may be expanded to include
service loaner privileges for an additional $49.00 (no down time for those critical test
periods). Expanded warranty coverage may only be purchased in conjunction with the scanner.
The GradeMaster™ 600 is compatible with only GradeMaster™ forms.
After the first year, the scanner may be covered by an annual service agreement. There are two
service plan options:
Silver - $109 per year. This includes all parts and labor to repair your scanner. You ship
your scanner to Apperson Education Products; we repair the scanner and return it to you using
standard ground freight services.
Gold - $159 per year. In addition to all the benefits of the Silver program, you also receive
Service Loaner Privileges. You may request a service loaner to use while your scanner is
being repaired. Apperson will send you a loaner scanner using 2nd day air services at no
charge to you. Once your scanner is returned we will arrange to have the loaner picked up and
returned to us.
If you decide to return the GradeMaster™ 600 Trial, please follow these steps:
- Contact your Apperson representative at 800.827.9219 and request a
return label and a return authorization number, they will be sent to your establishment.
- When you receive both items, follow the instructions on the return authorization and call
the number listed on the back of the label to schedule a pick-up time. Please have the
GradeMaster™ 600 packaged and ready to ship when you call. It's that easy!
If Apperson has not received your method of payment, or all the GradeMaster™ 600
equipment back within 3 months from the start of the 30-day trial, your establishment will be
billed $595.00 for each GradeMaster™ 600 30-Day Trial sent to you. The ground shipping
included in the $595 price is for the continental U.S. only. Please ask your representative
for freight charges to any destination outside the continental U.S.
