Specialized Teams at Two Facilities Handle Every Step
of the Process:
We work from two scanning operation centers on opposite coasts—Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte, NC. Each facility is fully equipped and staffed for each step of the test-scoring process.
Our net-rated scanning capacity is 42,000 documents per hour—achieved using a range of Optical Mark Read (OMR) scanners and image scanners supported by award winning Teleform™ image-scanning software. Several staff members are certified Teleform™ document designers.
Together, our two centers can process over 400,000 test forms per day. Both centers have the ability to turn data around in as little as 24 hours. In periods of peak volume, both facilities stand ready to install additional equipment on short notice, to raise production levels accordingly.
